Agua de Pepino (Cucumber Lime Agua Fresca)

lime juice (from about 2 limes)
- fresh mint leaves (optional, when blending)
Instructions
- Blend the cucumber with about half of the water until smooth.
- Strain if you prefer a clearer drink; otherwise leave as is.
- Stir in the sugar until dissolved, then add the remaining water and lime juice.
- Taste and adjust sugar or lime. For extra depth, blend in a few mint leaves.
- Chill well before serving. Keeps in the refrigerator for 2–3 days.
