Instructions
- Mix sugar, flour, butter, salt, orange zest, and spices in a medium bowl.
- Stir the dough with a kitchen machine or fork until a homogeneous dough mass is formed.
- Pour half of the dough into a buttered cake pan.
- Mix baking powder with sour cream and fold it into the remaining dough.
- Add the eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the remaining dough into the cake pan and garnish with nuts.
- Bake at 170°C for 40-45 minutes in the oven.
- Whip the cream until stiff using an electric mixer.
- Add sugar, orange zest, and liqueur to the cream.
- Let the cream sit in the refrigerator for an hour.
