Artichoke Dip with Grilled Artichokes

Baby artichokes, stem removed

Instructions
Fรผr Den Dip
- Drain the artichoke hearts and chop them in a blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a smooth mixture.
Fรผr Die Grillierten Artischocken
- Fill a pot with salted water about 2 cm high and place the artichokes upright in it.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for about 20-30 minutes until tender.
- Cut the artichokes in half lengthwise.
- Remove the hairy part with a spoon.
- Brush the cut side with oil and grill in a grill pan for 8-10 minutes.
- Season with salt and lemon juice.
- Serve with dip, crackers, or baguette.
