Artichoke Dip with Grilled Artichokes

Serves: 4

Ingredients

Fรผr Den Dip

  • 2 cans Artichoke hearts (each 165 g drained)
  • 120 g Parmesan, grated
  • 110 g Mayonnaise
  • 110 g Crรจme fraรฎche or Greek yogurt
  • some Lemon juice
  • 1 large Cayenne pepper

Fรผr Die Grillierten Artischocken

  • 4 Baby artichokes, stem removed
  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice (for seasoning)

Zum Servieren

  • Crackers or toasted baguette

Instructions

Fรผr Den Dip

  1. Drain the artichoke hearts and chop them in a blender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a smooth mixture.

Fรผr Die Grillierten Artischocken

  1. Fill a pot with salted water about 2 cm high and place the artichokes upright in it.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for about 20-30 minutes until tender.
  3. Cut the artichokes in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the hairy part with a spoon.
  5. Brush the cut side with oil and grill in a grill pan for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and lemon juice.
  7. Serve with dip, crackers, or baguette.
