Instructions
- Butter up a 22.5 cm cake pan and press in a sheet of parchment paper. Add another sheet of parchment on top.
- In a stand mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and mascarpone on low speed until smooth.
- Gradually add sugar while mixing. Increase speed to medium and continue mixing until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time on medium speed, then add egg yolk.
- Mix in sea salt, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and orange blossom water until smooth.
- Sift in all-purpose flour and mix until combined.
- Pour cheesecake batter into the cake pan.
- Bake at 205°C for 60 minutes. Let cool at room temperature.
- Once cooled, remove from pan and serve at room temperature.
