Instructions
- Mix flour and salt in stand mixer, slowly drizzle water and canola oil.
- Knead for 2 minutes in stand mixer and 2 minutes by hand.
- Cover with oil and let rest for 45 minutes.
Filling
- Add spices to minced meat, knead with hand, and form into balls of around 60-70g.
- Take dough, shape into rounds a little larger than the meatballs.
- Tuck in the edges from below, form into balls, and then flatten with a rolling pin.
- In a non-stick pan, slowly fry and turn over often for around 8-10 minutes.
