Instructions
- Salt Brisket and marinate with Liquid Smoke overnight.
Variant 1
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Roast brisket for 60-70 minutes in oven-safe pan without a lid.
- Deglaze the pan with 500 ml of liquid.
- Reduce oven temperature to 120°C, thinly slice brisket, return to pan with sauce, and bake for 3-4 hours.
Variant 2
- Apply rub on brisket, place water in baking dish with rack.
- Bake in a 120°C oven until thickest part reaches 76°C (about 3 hours).
- Wrap brisket in foil and bake until it reaches 96°C.
