Instructions
Thin, Chewy Version
- Get your oven heating to 160°C. Line your pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a pot. Add cocoa powder and let boil. Remove from heat.
- Whisk in condensed milk, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, molasses, and egg yolk.
- Whisk in flour. Add chocolate chips if desired. Bake for 30-40 min. Let cool before cutting.
Thick, Cakey Version
- Preheat oven to 160°C. Line pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a pot. Add cocoa powder and let boil. Remove from heat.
- Whisk in condensed milk, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, molasses, egg, and baking powder.
- Whisk in flour. Add chocolate chips if desired. Bake for 30-40 min. Let cool before cutting.
