Instructions
- Warm milk to 40°C, dissolve yeast and sugar, let sit for 15 min.
- Mix salt and flour.
- Put in mixer.
- Make roux: 2 Tablespoons (20g) and 6 tablespoons slowly heat until very thick.
- Mix for a couple of minutes, then add butter.
- Let rise for 1.5-2 hours in a lightly greased bowl.
- Divide into 6, fold into balls, roll on unfloured surface.
- Put between two baking sheets and let rise for another 45 min.
- Brush with egg, bake at 190°C for 15-17 min. Directly brush with butter.
