Ingredients

  • 500 g Leek
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Liquid Smoke
  • Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Add leek, salt, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil and liquid smoke to a sous vide bag.
  2. Cook at 85 °C for 45 minutes.
  3. Toast with torch.
  4. Add fleur de sel and optionally satay sauce.
