- Soy Sauce
- Liquid Smoke
- Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Add leek, salt, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil and liquid smoke to a sous vide bag.
- Cook at 85 °C for 45 minutes.
- Toast with torch.
- Add fleur de sel and optionally satay sauce.
