Cheese Potato Bread

Ingredients

  • 90 g strong flour (bread flour)
  • 55 g milk
  • 10 g melted unsalted butter
  • 0 a little salt
  • 1 potato (medium size)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0 mozzarella cheese
  • 0 Honey

Instructions

  1. Add dough ingredients, knead for 5 minutes
  2. Rest in refrigerator for 1 hour
  3. Boil and mash potato and add mayo
  4. Roll dough 22 cm diameter
  5. Add mozzarella and paste in the middle
  6. Pinch closed, roll out again
  7. Fry slowly in melted butter
  8. Dip in Honey
