Instructions
- Warm the milk to body temperature and stir in the yeast.
- Melt butter, stir in sugar, add egg yolk, salt, and vanilla.
- Mix flour and butter mixtures, let sit to puff up.
Filling
- Mix filling ingredients, avoid adding too much melted butter.
Rolling And Baking
- Roll out dough, spread melted butter, add filling, roll up.
- Slice and place rolls on baking sheet.
- Let proof and bake at 200°C until golden brown.
Frosting
- Whisk egg white, sugar, and syrup over heat until mayo-like.
- Add butter and vanilla, whisk until smooth.
- Allow rolls to cool, top with glaze.
