Instructions
- Poach mushrooms in kombu dashi and soy stock.
- Dredge mushrooms in dry dredge, then wet dredge, and fry until crispy.
- Assemble burger with classic burger sauce, American burger cheese sauce, crispy onions, pickles, and lettuce.
