Easy Naan

Ingredients

  • 185 ml milk
  • 50 g butter dissolved in milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Knead everything together until smooth. Might need some hand kneading in the end.
  2. Let rest for 30 min in the fridge.
  3. Preheat cast iron on medium-high.
  4. Brush with little oil.
  5. Roll out to 2 mm thickness.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook to desired doneness.
