Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add lemon juice and sifted flour.
- Dissolve the instant coffee in 100 ml warm cream, add 60 g cold cream.
- Pour on baking paper into 15 cm cake pan through a sieve.
- Bake for 35 min at 240 °C.
