Fried Chicken Tender

Instructions
- In a shallow dish, whisk the buttermilk and eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne powder until smooth.
- In a gallon freezer bag, combine flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne powder.
- Place a large skillet with canola oil on low heat.
- Dredge the chicken tenders in the buttermilk and egg mixture, then coat with flour.
- Heat the oil on medium-high, then fry the tenders in batches until golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer the fried tenders to a paper-towel lined plate, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top if desired, and keep warm.
