Garlic Cheese Bread

Instructions
- Beat egg and pour in mixing bowl (reserve 1 tbsp)
- Warm milk and proof yeast.
- Add the rest except butter. Combine and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Knead in butter and knead for about 5 minutes.
- Proof for 1 hour in the oven at 30°C.
- Mix butter, egg, sugar, mayo, green onions, and mix well. Then mix in garlic.
- Deflate, make a checkerboard pattern with a knife.
- Spread sauce, use a spoon to accentuate the pattern, press in mozzarella.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 170°C convection.
