- Bread crumbs
- Thin prosciutto
Instructions
- Boil eggs for 14 minutes to hardboil.
- Cut and separate yolks from white.
- In a food processor, add yolks and the rest.
- Flour, Eggwash, panko to egg whites.
- Fry them at 180°C.
- Fry Prosciutto for 30 secs.
- Add Filling with Piping Bag.
- Top with Prosciutto and Chives.
