Golden Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 90 g mayo
  • 75 g sour cream
  • 2 tsp siracha
  • 2.5 tbsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Bread crumbs
  • Thin prosciutto

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for 14 minutes to hardboil.
  2. Cut and separate yolks from white.
  3. In a food processor, add yolks and the rest.
  4. Flour, Eggwash, panko to egg whites.
  5. Fry them at 180°C.
  6. Fry Prosciutto for 30 secs.
  7. Add Filling with Piping Bag.
  8. Top with Prosciutto and Chives.
