Hazelnut Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 30.0 ml light hazelnut cream
  • 1.5 dl milk
  • 2.5 g cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Place a glass of about 3 dl in the freezer.
  2. Slowly melt 80 g of dark chocolate in a bowl over a hot water bath.
  3. Fill some melted chocolate into a piping bag.
  4. Decorate the inside of the glass with chocolate.
  5. Put the glass back in the freezer.
  6. Blend the remaining melted chocolate, 30.0 ml light hazelnut cream, 1.5 dl of milk, 2.5 g cocoa powder, and ice cubes in a tall blender until smooth.
  7. Pour into the glass.
