Hazelnut Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp light hazelnut cream
  • 1.5 dl milk
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Place a glass of about 3 dl in the freezer.
  2. Slowly melt 80 g of dark chocolate in a bowl over a hot water bath.
  3. Fill some melted chocolate into a piping bag.
  4. Decorate the inside of the glass with chocolate.
  5. Put the glass back in the freezer.
  6. Blend the remaining melted chocolate, 2 tbsp of light hazelnut cream, 1.5 dl of milk, 1 tsp of cocoa powder, and ice cubes in a tall blender until smooth.
  7. Pour into the glass.
