Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 120 g mustard
  • 120 g honey
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 0.5 Tsp Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Melt the butter, and then stir in the garlic. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the garlic is lightly browned.
  2. Whisk in the mustard and honey. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer the sauce for about 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Set aside.
