Instructions
- Combine the dough ingredients into a bowl; it will be wet and sticky. Knead for 5 minutes. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Turn eggs into scrambled eggs.
- In oil, cook the onions, add tomatoes, bell peppers, and maybe jalapenos. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add spices and salt. Mix everything together.
- Oil hands, press dough and stretch into pancakes, add filling, close them up, and then fry them in a little bit of oil.
