Ingredients

Dough

  • 400 g all purpose flour
  • 8 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 150 ml water

Egg Filling

  • 200 g onions, sliced
  • 200 g tomatoes, sliced
  • 80 g bell peppers, sliced
  • 1.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.76 tsp turmeric (kurkuma)
  • 1.5 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, garlic and green chilies, crushed
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine the dough ingredients into a bowl; it will be wet and sticky. Knead for 5 minutes. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Turn eggs into scrambled eggs.
  3. In oil, cook the onions, add tomatoes, bell peppers, and maybe jalapenos. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add spices and salt. Mix everything together.
  5. Oil hands, press dough and stretch into pancakes, add filling, close them up, and then fry them in a little bit of oil.
