Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a small glass container until they just come together. Adjust water or flour if needed.
- Cover and rise on the counter until doubled in size, then refrigerate overnight, or refrigerate immediately for a week.
- Prepare parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Stretch cold dough into a snake the length of the pan diagonally.
- Let rise for about an hour until puffy.
- Bake at 260°C, spraying frequently, until dark amber and done, 20-25 minutes.
