Spice Mix

  • 2 g Chili powder
  • 40 g Paprika
  • 3 g Ground cumin
  • 0.6 g Dried oregano
  • 2.4 g Garlic powder
  • 1.2 g Onion powder
  • 1.1 g Chipotle powder
  • 3 g Fine salt
  • 3 g Sugar
  • 3 g Coriander Seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the spices and mix well.
  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Notes

Adjust the amount of chili powder and chipotle powder based on your heat preference.
