Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Season mushrooms with schwarma spice mix and roast for 40 minutes.
- Prepare glaze with maple syrup, mushroom stock essence, lime juice, and molasses.
- Glaze roasted mushrooms and skewer them.
- Grill skewered mushrooms until caramelized.
- Assemble mushrooms in Turkish flatbread with tahini cream and Sriracha chili sauce.
