Pad Thai

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 0.5 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2.5 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp tamarind concentrate
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1.25 tsp dark soy sauce

  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 thumb ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 item red chili
  • 90 g mung bean sprouts
  • 60 g Pad Thai noodles
  • 1 item boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 item eggs
  • 50 g roasted peanuts
  • picked cilantro leaves and lime wedges for garnish
  • salt
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Blanch the Mung beans.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients and let sugar dissolve.
  3. Beat eggs with salt.
  4. Prepare vegetables and chicken.
  5. Cook chicken, then add onions, garlic, ginger, and chili.
  6. Add eggs, noodles, sauce, bean sprouts, and peanuts.
  7. Garnish with cilantro, green onions, lime wedges, and more peanuts.
