Instructions
- Use pork belly or lean meat skin on.
- Heat oil, add 2 tbsp brown sugar.
- While sugar starts to bubble and melt, add crushed garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Put in meat, stir until meat is coated with the melted sugar.
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Stir and add water.
- Add Bay Leaves.
- Taste and adjust saltiness.
- Cook over low heat until meat is very tender.
