  • 700 g deboned, skin-on chicken thigh
  • 400 g yoghurt
  • 7.5 g paprika powder
  • 7.5 g paprika flakes
  • 11.2 g dried oregano
  • 5.0 g dried thyme
  • 5.0 g dried basil
  • 2.5 g dried rosemary
  • 2.5 g dried marjory
  • 7.5 g Salt
  • MSG

Instructions

  1. Mix everything, roast at 220°C for 30 minutes.
  2. Slice, add sliced bell peppers, roast again.
