Ingredients

  • 700 g deboned, skin-on chicken thigh
  • 400 g yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 Tbsp paprika flakes
  • 1.5 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried marjory
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • MSG

Instructions

  1. Mix everything, roast at 220°C for 30 minutes.
  2. Slice, add sliced bell peppers, roast again.
