Instructions
- Finely grate orange zest and squeeze out the juice.
- Mix ricotta, powdered sugar, and orange zest well. Chill.
- Halve and pit plums.
- Bring orange juice, honey, and saffron to a boil.
- Add plums and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
- Remove plums from the liquid.
- Reduce the liquid to a caramel.
- Serve ricotta cream with plums. Drizzle saffron caramel over it.
- Crumble Choco-Schรผmli and sprinkle over. Serve with mint leaves if desired.
