Ricotta mit Safranpflaumen

Ingredients

  • 1 large Orange
  • 400 g Ricotta
  • 20 g Puderzucker
  • 4 Pflaumen
  • 2 tbsp Orangenblรผtenhonig
  • 2 pinches Safranfรคden
  • 30 g Choco-Schรผmli

Instructions

  1. Finely grate orange zest and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Mix ricotta, powdered sugar, and orange zest well. Chill.
  3. Halve and pit plums.
  4. Bring orange juice, honey, and saffron to a boil.
  5. Add plums and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove plums from the liquid.
  7. Reduce the liquid to a caramel.
  8. Serve ricotta cream with plums. Drizzle saffron caramel over it.
  9. Crumble Choco-Schรผmli and sprinkle over. Serve with mint leaves if desired.
