Sesam Panna Cotta with Nectarines

- sesame for decoration, e.g. mixed white and black
Instructions
- Soak gelatine in plenty of cold water.
- Bring half of the cream, sesame seeds, and sugar to a boil, remove pan from heat.
- Squeeze out gelatine well. Add to the cream while stirring and dissolve.
- Add tahini and remaining cream, mix well, pour mixture through a sieve and distribute into molds.
- Cover and let set in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
- Halve nectarines, pit, and cut into wedges.
- Finely grate lime zest, squeeze juice, and marinate nectarines with the juice.
- Chop sesame bar, unmold panna cotta onto plates, arrange with nectarines and sesame. Sprinkle bar on top.
