Stuffed French Fries

Potatoes

  • 1 lb potatoes

Mix

  • 30 g butter
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 7.5 g Southern seasoning
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 150 g smoked mozzarella
  • 240 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Cover the potatoes with water and boil until fork tender.
  2. Drain and let the potatoes dry slightly.
  3. Mash the potatoes with a fork and add butter, sour cream, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley flakes, Southern seasoning, Parmesan, smoked mozzarella, and milk.
  4. Mix everything well and transfer to a ziplock bag.
  5. Smooth out the mixture and freeze flat for at least 2 hours.
  6. Cut the frozen mixture into fries.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 175°C.
  8. Cook the fries in the air fryer at 175°C until crispy.

Notes

These fries may need to be made frequently if you have a big fan of French fries.
