Cover the potatoes with water and boil until fork tender.
Drain and let the potatoes dry slightly.
Mash the potatoes with a fork and add butter, sour cream, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley flakes, Southern seasoning, Parmesan, smoked mozzarella, and milk.
Mix everything well and transfer to a ziplock bag.
Smooth out the mixture and freeze flat for at least 2 hours.
Cut the frozen mixture into fries.
Preheat the air fryer to 175°C.
Cook the fries in the air fryer at 175°C until crispy.

These fries may need to be made frequently if you have a big fan of French fries.
