Thousand Layer Crispy French Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 15.0 g potato powder
  • 3.0 g salt
  • 1.25 g pepper
  • 1.25 g chili powder
  • 30.0 ml cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes very thinly with a mandolin.
  2. Mix potato slices with potato powder, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cooking oil.
  3. Lay the potato slices in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 230°C for 1 hour.
  5. Take out, slice, and fry again.
