Instructions
- Slice potatoes very thinly with a mandolin.
- Mix potato slices with potato powder, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cooking oil.
- Lay the potato slices in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 230°C for 1 hour.
- Take out, slice, and fry again.
