Yuzu Kosho Honey Butter

Ingredients

  • 120 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 15.0 g green yuzu kosho (such as Yakami Orchard)
  • 21.0 g honey
  • 1.25 g gochugaru
  • 1.5 g kosher salt, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Beat butter with a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds.
  2. Add yuzu kosho, honey, gochugaru, and salt. Beat on medium speed until well combined, about 30 seconds.
  3. Season with additional salt to taste. Set aside at room temperature.
